SHIPPING POLICY

I'm so excited to ship artwork to you! It means so much to me that you want to have my art in your home.  I can tell you that art truly transforms your life and space. I warn you that your world will be completely transformed. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling. Shipping typically takes between 7-10 business days, but during the holiday season, it could be between 7-14 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, I sincerely apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact me via chelzeelentz@chelzeelentzart.com within 48 hours in an attempt to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you. If the package was a commissioned artwork we can discuss options after I have tracked the package.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me at chelzeelentz@chelzeelentzart.com and I'll be happy to replace your item.

NOTE: you must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return. 

I am not responsible for any VAT, import fees/other duties that your local government may charge you upon delivery.

 

REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at chelzeelentz@chelzeelentzart.com. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for shipping the item back. You can always contact us for any return questions at chelzeelentz@chelzeelentzart.com. Damages and issues inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items:

 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

​

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
